Garlic Mashed Potato

Since the oven was already warmed I might as well utilize it to make something for dinner. I chose garlic mashed potato but did it randomly.

2 big red potatoes
1 garlic
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
1 tablespoon butter
some salt
some pepper

I peeled the garlic and roasted on roasting pan drizzled with olive oil at 350F for about 5 mins (until I can smell the garlic aroma). In a bowl, the boiled potatoes were mashed with a large spoon, then everything were added in and mixed. The potatoes were a little watery so I baked them again at 350F for about 10 mins, until it turned slightly brown and dry. I sprinkled some basil before eating. Yum yum!
