I was still on a quest to bake the perfect oatmeal raisin cookie when my bf decided to make life much easier for me by getting me the Betty Crocker Oatmeal Cookie Mix. He is such a sweet guy. All I have to do is add butter, water, egg and raisin, according to the instruction on the box. I divided the recipe into half and made a batch of 6 cookies. The cookies are too sweet for me, unfortunately, but he was okay with them, so.. whatever makes him happy. But I am still on a quest to bake him some really nice oatmeal raisin cookie from scratch.
Note: I love the Oatmeal Raisin Cookie from Panera Bread but could not find the recipe online. Note to self: Try again in the future.
